EPSON 837 Printer Reset Procedure
1. Turn the printer off, then unplug the power cable from the outlet.
2. Press and hold the paper feed button while you plug the power cable into the outlet.
3. Release the paper feed button when the printer begins to print.
4. Press and hold the printer’s stop button for about 10 seconds.
5. Continue to hold the stop button and press the power button three times within 5 seconds.
6. Once the printer’s status light flashes, release both buttons.
7. Press the paper feed button twice to reset the printer.
8. Turn off the printer, then unplug the power cable from the outlet.
9. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug the power cable back into the outlet.
10. Turn on the printer, and print the printer’s self-test to confirm the reset was successful.
