A. Turn off the printer, open the printer cover and take out the ink pads.
B. Using a soft damp cloth, gently clean the ink pads and their surrounding areas to remove any dust or particles.

D. Turn on the printer, go to the Maintenance menu. Select the ‘Replace Ink Pads’ option.
E. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the Ink Pads.
F. Once the Ink Pads have been successfully reset, make sure to print a few test pages to verify the reset was successful.
G. Finally, close the printer cover, turn off the printer and you’re done.
