1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
2. Disconnect all cables from the back of the printer.
3. Open the printer’s top cover.
4. Locate the reset button and press it firmly with a paperclip.
5. Hold the reset button down.
6. With the reset button still held down, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
7. Release the reset button once the printer starts to turn on.
8. Turn the printer back on.
